Lauryn founded Good Nunchi during a transformative health and wellness journey that began during the COVID pandemic. Realizing that health is truly our most valuable asset, she committed to honoring her body by closely auditing everything she consumed.

After over 10 years of using Pepcid to mask the effects of Asian glow, Lauryn took matters into her own hands. She dove deep into research, scouring articles from the National Institutes of Health, to explore healthier ways to support her body while still enjoying social activities and alcohol in moderation.

With a year and a half of extensive research on published clinical trials, and formulating a unique blend of ingredients, Lauryn finally found a solution that worked for her—Bodyguard capsules.
